How do I stop the vibration on delete? I'm setup so my phone vibrates when I receive an email but I'd like to stop the vibration when I'm deleting something.
Thanks.

Those are completely separate.
If you are referring to the vibration while you are swiping the message to delete, - you go to Settings -> Swiping -> "Haptic feedback" (toward the bottom) -- remove the check mark.

I've got that unchecked. When I delete, our mark an email read, I'm getting the vibration which I don't want. I'm not sure what setting to change as I've looked through (what I thought was) all and can't find something applicable.
Thanks.

Delete / Mark read using the buttons on the action bar (see screenshot) or when swiping ?

Mikeone: just in case: your screenshot seems to be messed up.

Action bar.

Action bar.
Therefore it could be worth to check also the option "vibration on touch" in the keyboard settings (Android system itself) :
> go to Android's system settings > language and input > Keyboard setting > Sound and vibrate > Vibration on keypress (or whatever options you will find there)

Ditto here. I can't imagine why it would vibrate when using the Delete buttons in the action bar.
For swiping actions, yes, there is haptic feedback -- but there is no code in the app to vibrate upon buttons in the action bar.

I've discovered that under Message notifications, if "Notify about" is set to all unread messages, then I'll get vibration on delete. If it's "New unread messages", then I don't get the vibration. So that ultimately got rid of my vibration on delete.

Ah, so the vibrations were coming from Aqua's own notifications -- updated when you were deleting messages (fewer unread left).
It would have also worked then to:
- Turn on notifications -> only when new messages (this cumulative over multiple mail checks and is reset when you open a folder)
OR
- Turn off notifications -> when in the app
Those are the defaults, too.

Hello,
I have the same issue I'd like to fix.
When deleting an email from the notification panel, the phone vibrates as it "re-notifies" me of the other emails in the notification panel.
I do have:
- Turn off notifications -> when in the app
However, I'd like to keep the ability to delete separate emails within the notification panel and I'd like to keep notifications on when receiving new emails while the previous are still in the notification (this is where the problem comes from because it stops vibrate when I disable this).
Is there a way within AquaMail to stop make it vibrates when deleting an email from a notification (=to stop make it thinks this is a new notification)?
If not, do you know of a way to do that in tasker?
thanks!
