WiFi Manager translation updates

Kostya Vasilyev:
In case anyone still uses this app --

-- I've made some updates for Android 6.0, and improved the "switch to best network" feature.

There are some translation updates I'd be happy to merge in. Posting just some of the languages with not too many missing items.

Note on "5ghz" options:

- The existing "Prefer 5Ghz networks" means "when considering switching between networks, pretend that the signal level of 5Ghz networks is somewhat better than it really is", typically the user would set +10 dBm or so.

So choosing between a -50 dBm 2.4 GHz network and a -55 dBm 5 Ghz network, the app would switch to the 5 Ghz one (-55 + 10 = -45 -> better than -50).

- The new "Choose 5Ghz networks" is mostly for dual-band routers.

If the user walks away from the router, the 5 band will "fade" quicker with distance than the 2.4 band. At some point the app will switch to the 2.4 network because its signal will become stronger than the 2.4's.

Now let's say the user starts walking back towards the router again. The signal levels of both networks are going to get stronger, the 2.4 Ghz's and the 5 GHz's.

To make the app switch to the 5 band again, the new setting basically says "switch from 2.4 to 5 GHz network as soon as the 5 Ghz network's signal gets good enough, even if its level isn't much better than the 2.4's".
