We are very sorry for the inconvenience that this issue is causing, we're currently trying to find the cause of the issue as we cannot reproduce it on any of our devices. Could anyone who is experiencing the issue please send us a debug log? We're going to fix it ASAP but we'll need your assistance.
If you can open the app and create a debug log that would be wonderful, to record a debug log:
1. Open Aqua Mail > Settings > Debug
2. Enable "Debug logging"
3. Enable "Log raw data"
4. Enable "log database data"
Go back to Aqua Mail > perform the exact same steps leading to the issue > tap on the 3 dots menu at the top > tap "Diag: attach logs" to attach the log file > send it to support@aqua-mail.com
If the app crashes during startup: System app Crashes are automatically recorded in a crash log, called <code>log-AquaMail-crash.txt</code> and located at the root of your device’s memory card.
Please send it as an attachment to support@aqua-mail.com
This file does not contain any logins or passwords or message text.
