---
I have just uploaded the latest build of Aqua Mail as a beta version on Google Play.
This version includes the following changes:
- Adjust is disabled for Pro users
- New implementation of OAUTH for Yahoo and Yandex
- The Rate dialog will be shown to all users
-
There is a problem adding Yahoo account if two factor authentication is activated. When I reach the page to enter authentication code sent to phone and open sms app and go back to Aquamail the operation of adding aacount is cancelled and beging from start.
-
- The Rate dialog will be shown to all users
Today the popup showed up, see screenshot

The previous suggestion of all users (click here: Rate Dialog (https://www.aqua-mail.com/forum/index.php?topic=7294.0)) to insert an option "No" or "Never" is missing. Users will feel forced to rate, especially forced to give "5 stars".
As explained already, this will lead to more 1-star-ratings.
-
If I get that prompt it will lead to an automatic 1 star review just like any other developer that forcibly asks for a review. Sorry.

使用了,不错不错

You received a '1' from me because you didn't give me the ability to say 'no thanks' or 'ask me later.'
You really need to start listening to your users. Especially those of us who paid to use it. Or you'll soon be looking for another email app to purchase and ruin. I'd guess that the only honest ratings you're getting are from people using the free version.
Speaking strictly for myself, the fact that I paid for the app should show you what I think about it. To force me to give you a rating is simply not right. I never respond to surveys, I never rate products or apps, and I don't write reviews. If I like something, I will pay for it. Otherwise leave me alone.

@Paris Geek
Same in german for free AquaMail app: Many 5-stars-reviews, which consists of just one line. Content has no relation to features of a mail app, could be for any app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.kman.AquaMail&hl=de&showAllReviews=true
But - until now - not with Pro-key of AquaMail. Many 1-star-reviews, users tell what they don't like:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.kman.AquaMail.UnlockerMarket&hl=de&showAllReviews=true
@Paris Geek: You can test all languages by changing the parameter "hl" in those links. E.g. german is "hl=de", english is "hl=en". Link must be opened in browser, not in play store app.

I wish they would concentrate on developing the app rather than playing around with these gimmicks. Not one new feature since Kostya departed! Wonder if they even have the technical expertise to take this app forward. Remember " you can fool some of the people some of the time, you can't fool all the people all the time".

Is Aquamail dead?
-
Aquamail is dead from the moment when mobisystems bought the application. While Kostya was working on it, his development still somehow moved forward, limping and crying. Now it RIP

No worries, soon there will be an update where they will change a font of something.
