Kostya,
I have a thought that has been sitting in my head for quite some time. (It is activated every time I am looking up the FAQ while answering a question in these forums).
Them main forums page does not have a link to the FAQ
http://www.aqua-mail.com/forum/index.php
Nor do the individual forums. (And that's where you get after you post a message).
I know, it can be found from http://www.aqua-mail.com/ - but it is not the fact that people necessarily remember to go there...
I think it might be useful to have a link to the FAQ at the top or bottom of the main forums (index) page, as well as individual forums' pages.

I agree with StR"s thoughts.
My suggestion is to copy Kostya's whole signature "elsewhere" at the forum:
Creating debug logs for in-depth diagnostics: http://www.aqua-mail.com/?page_id=232
Zee offishial FAQ: http://www.aqua-mail.com/?page_id=227

Nice suggestion but I'm just not sure where to put it, and how (I'm not really familiar with the forum's software)...
And then, ok, let's assume that a lot of people jump into the forum directly from Google web search (bypassing the web site with a prominent FAQ section).
But it's not like messages written by me a hard to see -- and then the FAQ and "debug log" links are right there.
And still some people miss them.
I guess attention can be selective, it's entirely possible to miss something that's right there in front of you.
So with this in mind, would a separate link really work any better?

That's really true. We can see it (almost) everytime when you are asking for a debug log: "hey, how to create a log file and where I have to send it?" Although the link is right below your post in the signature... 8) 8)

I cannot speak for everybody, but I tend to filter out signatures and ads at various forums. (At many (most?) forums signatures have totally useless things.)
I remember that there is information on how to create the log in your signature, because you repeat it so often. But even though I've seen zee "Zee FAQ", I had forgotten about it.
Yet another point is that most forums typically have FAQ 's pinned at the top of the forum. So, some people are "conditioned " to look there.
