Title: OAUTH2 says device is unregistered
Post by: thewavgod on June 13, 2018, 06:53:35 pm
My old phone died so I had to replace it. I prefer Aqua-Mail over all the other mail apps for my company email. My company uses Company Portal to manage my device. I had no issue installing Aqua-Mail on my previous phone.

I cannot get Aqua-Mail to install on my new Galaxy S9+. I choose Office 365, it then recognizes my company email as my companies logo is on the password screen, I enter my password, it then sends me a verification text, I enter that and this is when I get the message "Your sign-in was successful but your admin requires your device to be managed by (company name) to access the resource."

If I click details, it shows all the info, this includes two items that may be the issue...
I know for a fact it is registered as I can open the Company Portal app to verify.

HELP! I want my Aqua-Mail back!!!

Yes we know about this.

Your company requires additional "authentication" through a Microsoft app called InTune.

We do not support InTune at this time. We'd like to (the project manager is aware) but nothing yet.

FYI - working on this (InTune / Conditional Access) right now.
