AquaMail does support spam folders, yes. However your question doesn't help anyone provide any more help since it's so vague.

If you could tell us which email provider you use and what protocol (POP3 or IMAP) you use etc., then we may be able to provide further guidance.

For Yahoo and Gmail, the app should recognize server side spam folders, and enable its "move to spam" command (in the menus in message list mode, when you have one or more messages selected, and in message viewing mode).
