Hi, i have been using Aquamail for some time now, however i upgraded to the Galaxy Note 4 recently and reinstalled and set up Aquamail again on my new device, and since then, the sent emails haven't been saving - actually i think it may have also been like it prior to upgrading on my other phone, however i do remember at one point in time it was saving the sent emails.
This is what i have tried so far from searching the net:
Holding down on the email account and choosing 'Options & Folders', 'Folders', 'Sent', and selected 'Sync with [Sent] folder', it also has a red corner to the box and this same colour also shows in the corner of the [Sent] items box beneath my email account where it lists Inbox, drafts, Sent, Deleted etc.,
However, its still not working?
I'm a Virgin Media customer and using the Server Type IMAP etc.,
Can anybody assist with this?
I really like Aqua Mail, but not being able to track back through my sent items is going to mean i'm going to have to switch email programs shortly if i can't resolve.

Apologies, what an idiot i am, i'm just searching through the options and found the option for ave Sent Messages lol!!! :)

You want that your emails be saved in Sent folder, as soon as you send them.
To do so:
Long press on account name, in account list view -> Options and folders -> Composing and sending -> select Save sent messages
@Paris Geek
Do you know if the setting "Save sent messages" is enabled by default?
I'm not sure. If not I recommend to enable this by default.

@Paris Geek
Thank you for your expectations. I was not aware that this is handled differently on server side.
Against this background, I agree with you to keep the current default setting as it is.

"Save sent messages" is enabled by default -- EXCEPT -- for mail services that are known to automatically save sent messages during the sending process.
And then, Aqua will "pull down" those saved sent messages on next mail sync -- as opposed to "uploading" them too, resulting in duplicates.

Perfect solution :)

And I just want to clarify those "special" mail services:
Gmail
QIP.ru (obviously Russian)
Front.ru (ditto)
Hotmail
Gazeta.pl (Polish)
Out of those that Aqua has a preset for, obviously...

Sent message are saved by default as stated above by Kostya. Check your folder sync settings in manage accounts settings.
