Title: Google will launch "Tap to translate" soon...

Tap to Translate is expected to arrive on Android devices in the first quarter of 2016.
... could be implemented in Marshmallow 6.1

And will this 6.1 finally fix the (in)famous "mobile radio active" bug?

Hey Google devs, if you read this, I was just joking about "probable fix in Android 7.2".
