Hello,
I'm just evaluating aquamail, considering the pro upgrade: it looks like a very powerful and highly configurable app, well designed and full featured!
Now to the point: in dashclock, aquamail extension, there is no settings to configure how unread messages info is displayed.
When there's ONE unread message only, the extension displays the From/Subject and few lines of the body. I consider this as a privacy leak. Since I'm 100% happy w/ what's displayed when MORE than one message is unread (total unread message count + per account number of unread messages). Would it be possible switch private information off for this extension, as we can for the notifications, and display the unread message count only?

Hi kukrapok:
Your suggestion sounds reasonable.
Unfortunately Kostya - the sole developer of AquaMail - is away for a week or so...

Hey mikeone,
thanks for your reply; no problem, there's nothing in a hurry, we'll see what Kostya says when he's back.

Even though DashClock is not supported since Android 5.0 -- for quite some time -- I've added a new setting on the DashClock settings screen to "protect privacy".
Off by default, when enabled, it will suppress the subject / sender, and you'll just get "1 unread message".
The change will be posted soon in 1.6.4-dev3.4 under "development builds" here on the forum.
Please test when you can and give your feedback, I don't have DashClock installed.
