Title: Heads up notification (banner)

Ciao, I just bought an oneplus 6t (android 9) and I can not get banner notifications. I have activated priority notifications (without entering any address), but I do not find the Android 5.0 notifications option, which was present some time ago. Are there any other options I can not find?

Settings --> message notifications -->  manage notifications.

Make sure you have behavior set with 'pop on screen's

I have a 6T and it works fine.
