Hi Kostya,
Since upgrading my One Plus 1 to Cyanogen 12.0 my battery life has absolutely crashed. Previously used to expect it to sit at 70% at the end of a busy day, now 30% on a quiet day. Used to run push mail, now turned off and doing 15 min checks. Aquamail shows as taking 35% of the battery usage. Mobile Radio Active seems to be big user at 6hr 43sec in just on 12 hours off charge.
Hope you can shed some light.
Kind regards
Dennis

It's a Lollipop bug.

Or just Google "Android mobile radio active" and you'll see a lot of discussions about it.

And they finally woke up! They need some logs..

bug type: defect (surprisingly 😉)

As much as I'd like to see this fixed, that response doesn't mean much.
They always respond to all bug submissions in the "preview" tracker.
Some comments in the main bug tracker are downright nasty:

Well, now i guess it will take a year or so to fix this bug, they are probably too busy drinking smoothies, relaxing, playing table tennis, fingering each other or whatever the fuck are they doing in their fancy offices.

however, better then nothing. at least a first step...

This too:
https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=77632
was filed in the "Android L preview" tracker, got a nice polite comment, then was reported as "fixed" -- and wasn't, and then marked as "won't fix - working as intended".
And even if this is fixed in 6.0, will the fix be back-ported to 5.0? A lot of devices with 5.0 out there.
And then, if so, will the device manufacturers release updates just for this bug?
So at least for me, I'm hoping for the best, but expecting the worst.

Yes, full approval. It's a nuisance
