Bulk Mail
« on: September 05, 2017, 01:32:33 am »
Sorry to trouble.

Can someone explain when things go in bulk mail and when in inbox?

I receive e-mails from a large bonifide system developed by ACS Technologies.  They all come from jubilee-church@onthecitymail.org.

Why do some go in inbox and some go in bulk mail?  What can I do about it?

Many thanks

Andrew

Please explain what you mean by 'bulk email'.

If you mean AquaMail's "Smart Folder" than there is a very useful description on the app's FAQ-page:
[-> search for "Smart Folder"]

If you refer to spam messages:
Why do some go in inbox and some go in bulk mail?  What can I do about it?
This is done by server and not by AquaMail.

See "Message filtering (rules)"

Unfortunately it's not possible to link to a specific quesation in FAQ.
