Hello,
I have created an Exchange 2010 IMAP account in my Aquamail.
It works fine, I really appreciate the user interface.
I have looking for a way to fill my device (Samsung Galaxy S5) contacts and calendar without success.
Could you tell me if it possible and how it is if yes ?
Many thanks in advance.
Chris.

Calendar sync or access to contacts are only possible with EWS, not IMAP.

Thanks for your response.
Is it because web service is working like that or it's because it's not yet implemented in AquaMail ?
If I understand AquaMail allows to sync calendar, not contacts, only access to them, right ?
Thanks.

IMAP is for mail only, just how IMAP is.
Just like POP3 doesn't provide access to server folders.
EWS accounts:
Calendar - synced with system
Contacts - not synced with system, but available in the app's own contact picker window as well as autocomplete, and includes server search (personal contact book + corporate directory).

OK, I understand.
Many thanks for these explanantions and thanks for wonderful AquaMail, which include many functionalities with a very nice user interface.

Any plans to add contact sync to AquaMail/EWS? Maybe workaround? If not, then can you recommend Exchange Contact Sync app to complement AquaMail?

Re: Any plans to add contact sync to AquaMail/EWS
I'd like to, but there are other things I'm going to complete first, a few (2-3) large-ish features that are highly visible for all types of accounts.
Re: can you recommend Exchange Contact Sync
Sorry, I don't actually use Exchange myself, it's only a test account, and as such, not very knowledgeable about these things.
One idea is to set up the account in Gmail app and turn off Mail sync in it (system settings -> accounts -> click into Gmail Corporate Account -> you'll see things that are synced under it).
Haven't tried it, just a thought...
Oh, and there are contact sync apps in Google Play, I understand that the focus there is on WebDAV, but maybe there are some that support EWS (or even ActiveSync), but that's just hopeful guesses too, sorry.
