Does anyone know why my email is able to work on the MSOutlook Email app but can't work on Aqua Mail app?? I have attached 4 screen shots to show my email settings. Please help me if you can

In Outlook your Login shows "au\transitionteam"
-> the screenshot from AquaMail on the other hand "au/transitionteam"

Hi Paris Hi Mike,
I have tried all 3 "transitionteam @ au.logicalis.com" & "au/transitionteam" & "au\transitionteam" , and they all came back with the same error message - "Invalid Server Response" . I suspect this error message isn't related to login/username?

Right this is what it is:
There are different ways to connect to Exchange.
- Outlook (and most apps actually) uses something called ActiveSync.
- Aqua Mail (but other apps too, for Android and Windows) uses something called EWS (Exchange Web Services).
EWS is an official documented supported Exchange technology since 2007.
But sometimes it can be turned off on a particular mail server or require a different server name.
Please ask your company's "computer people" about EWS (Exchange Web Services) specifically:
- Is it supported
- If it is, is there a different server name you're supposed to be using.
-
Oh and the "internal error" comes from the server -- it's not "wrong user name", "wrong password", rather it's flat out unable to process Aqua Mail's EWS command(s).
So either it's wrong server, or something may be broken there (perhaps accidentally).

Thanks Kostya, for clarifying.
I will check with my company again. So if they say EWS is not supported then does it mean I can't use Aqua Mail for it? :(

Correct.
-
Crap they just came back saying they only support EAS (Active Sync)
-
But I swear it was working on Aqua Mail a month ago :(
Was there a change in Aqua Mail? Or do you think they changed the server settings recently?

No, Aqua's Exchange implementation always used EWS (Exchange Web Services) and never used ActiveSync.
Now, Exchange also supports IMAP / SMTP ("Internet Mail" in Aqua's "Add account" window) -- but that'll only provide access to email (not contacts or calendar).
