Hello,

When trying to send a debug log I just noticed problems when attaching a .txt file to an e-mail.

Normally, using IMAP, the e-mail should be synchronized with the drafts folder first and the sent folder after being sent.

However, the .txt file is missing after the e-mail is moved to the drafts or the sent folder.

The problem does not appear with .jpg or .xls attachments.

Best regards,
Marcus

Just sent my self a attached .txt file. No problem at all.

- After attaching the txt file, does it appear in the email editor as attached?
- In some cases there are compatibility problems with apps to choose the attachment. Try to attache the txt file with an other app.

Hi,

Please send the e-mail to someone else and check if you can open the .txt attachment in your sent folder. That is where you will see the problem.

Best regards,
Marcus

I have done so, no problem at all. Well...
I tried to open the sent text file with different apps. With some I can open it with others I get an error message.
