Title: Galaxy Note 10.1 has no Menu Icon

On the AquaMail tool bar, I have the refresh all, compose, search, and about icons but I never get the menu (three vertical dots) icon so I can't get to settings or add accounts. This is on the 2014 version of Note 10.1.
