Cleaned up the change log

Merged latest translations. Summary:

Language ru, good
Language fr, good
Language pt, missing 108
Language de, good
Language it, good
Language sk, good
Language es, missing 107
Language uk, missing 105
Language cs, good
Language ja, missing 11
Language pl, good

Unless someone tells me that this version kills kittens, it'll go up to Google Play tonight, as a staged rollout starting at 10%.
