Title: No Ringtone

my selected ringtone (on the hunt) is choosed and activated, but there is no sound by an incoming mail.
it's a new problem, worked earlier.
any idea?

Maybe the app is in "night mode"? App settings -> nights and weekends.

Maybe the app doesn't have "storage" permission? Phone settings -> apps (or "manage apps") -> Aqua Mail -> tap into -> permissions -> grant Storage if missing.

Maybe the phone is in "do not disturb mode"?

Maybe there is an optional per-account override of notification settings? Long press on the account -> special settings -> notifications.

Oh any issues with a standard (built-in) sound? Sounds like maybe your chosen sound is a "custom" file that you copied to the phone yourself (as opposed to notification sounds built into the phone)?
